Project Role: Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Project Role Description: Dark Web Research & Threat Monitoring, Incident Triage & Escalation, Customer Onboarding & Success for DRPS / Brand Protection Platform, VAPT Support & Vulnerability Tracking, Compliance Reporting (ISO 27001, RBI, CERT-In), Mentoring Junior Analysts, and Product Collaboration on Detection Logic & Platform Improvements.

Must have skills: 4+ years in a security analyst, SOC, or threat intelligence role. Hands-on experience with dark web research and OSINT investigation techniques. Working knowledge of DRPS / Digital Risk Protection or Brand Protection solutions. Solid understanding of OWASP Top 10 and the vulnerability management lifecycle. Experience with VAPT — performing tests or reviewing and reporting on findings. Security fundamentals across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. Exposure to threat intelligence feeds, platforms, and tooling. Awareness of compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, RBI cybersecurity guidelines, CERT-In basics. Strong written communication and comfort in a customer-facing role. Good to have: certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor; scripting ability (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation and enrichment; experience with SIEM platforms and writing detection rules; prior experience in a product or SaaS security company; familiarity with takedown processes for phishing domains, fake apps, and impersonation profiles.

Minimum: 3–5 Years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field. Candidates with advanced certifications (CEH, OSCP, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) or equivalent hands-on experience will be preferred.

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team working on Digital Risk Protection (DRPS) and Brand Protection solutions. This is a hybrid role — part hands-on threat analysis and dark web research, part customer-facing support and onboarding, and part product work alongside our engineering team.

You will also mentor junior analysts and help shape how our platform detects and reports digital risk.

Key Responsibilities

Threat Monitoring & Analysis

  • Conduct dark web research and monitor underground forums, marketplaces, and paste sites for customer-relevant exposure.
  • Monitor threat dashboards and dark web monitoring platforms on a daily basis.
  • Perform log analysis, triage security incidents, and escalate advanced threats to the appropriate teams.
  • Work with threat intelligence feeds and tools to enrich and validate findings.

Customer Success & Support

  • Own customer onboarding for our DRPS / Brand Protection platform.
  • Provide day-to-day support for product alerts, false-positive review, and customer queries.
  • Act as the security subject-matter expert during customer calls and reviews.

Vulnerability Management & VAPT

  • Support VAPT engagements, reporting, and vulnerability tracking through to closure.
  • Ensure endpoint security and patching practices are followed and documented.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Produce daily and weekly threat reports and compliance summaries for internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Map findings to relevant compliance requirements (ISO 27001, RBI guidelines, CERT-In directions).

Team & Product

  • Train and mentor junior analysts; review their analysis and reports.
  • Work with product and engineering on new features, detection logic, and platform improvements based on field experience.
