Network Engineer

Own our internal network and IT infrastructure, and support customer deployments on-site. Most of your time goes to keeping our own environment running — the rest to client installations, integration, and troubleshooting at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Network (Primary)

• Manage the office LAN/WAN — switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and cabling.
• Configure VLANs, routing, NAT, access control lists, and firewall policies.
• Handle internet links, redundancy, failover, and ISP escalations.
• Set up and maintain VPNs for branch offices and remote staff.
• Maintain the server room — racking, patching, power, and cable management.
• Manage Wi-Fi including guest network isolation and segmentation.
• Support core server services — directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing.
• Monitor network health, set up alerting, and respond to incidents.
• Keep firmware, patches, and configuration backups current.
• Enforce internal network security controls and support audits.
• Maintain documentation — topology, IP schemes, inventory, and change records.
• Provide connectivity and desktop support to internal teams; coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and replacements.

Customer On-Site

• Travel to client locations for network setup, installation, and commissioning.
• Conduct site surveys and assist with network layout planning.
• Integrate our solutions into customer environments and validate connectivity.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues during rollout.
• Deliver handover training to customer IT teams; prepare installation reports and sign-off documents.
