Project Role: Cyber Security Analyst

Project Role Description: Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity threats across IT systems with a focus on OSINT investigations, dark web monitoring, vulnerability assessment & penetration testing (VAPT), and customer-facing product support for C9Lab cybersecurity solutions.

Must have skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity and networking fundamentals. Hands-on experience or working knowledge of OSINT techniques and threat intelligence analysis. Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing methodologies. Familiarity with dark web monitoring tools and threat sources. Understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST and ISO 27001. Ability to analyze security incidents and communicate findings clearly. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Minimum: 1-2 Year

Educational Qualification: Graduates or postgraduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields. Candidates with relevant cybersecurity certifications or hands-on security training will be preferred.

The Cyber Security Analyst will play a key role in securing digital assets, supporting internal and customer-facing cybersecurity products, and assisting in identifying and mitigating emerging cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor dark web sources and analyze threat intelligence for potential data leaks, credential exposure, or brand impersonation.

Perform OSINT investigations to identify security risks and external threats.

Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for web, mobile, and network environments.

Assist in incident analysis, threat documentation, and security reporting.

Support implementation and adherence to security policies and best practices.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution related to C9Lab cybersecurity products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to validate, reproduce, and mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
